Rebecca Ciesla, LCSW (she/her)
Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and culturally attuned therapy. She is an EMDR-certified therapist and an EMDRIA-approved consultant, and is also informed in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trained in Hypnotherapy.
She specializes in working with diverse populations, including BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and LGBTQIA+ individuals, providing therapy for transitional age youth, adults, and groups. Rebecca has extensive experience in grief and loss counseling, domestic violence and sexual assault support, medical trauma therapy, and end-of-life care.
With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Rebecca has worked in various treatment settings and is passionate about educating the public on mental health topics to reduce stigma. Her therapeutic approach centers on creating a safe and supportive environment, empowering clients to navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth.
Gwendolyn Tinajero-Belles, LCSW, ATR-BC
I value the importance of establishing a secure therapeutic relationship with all of my clients. I aim to create a space where all parts of you feel welcomed. I believe in engaging individuals in a collaborative process that is client-centered, relational, and strength-based. Some of the therapeutic techniques I use are mindfulness, art therapy, parts work such as Internal Family Systems informed and ego state therapy, Brainspotting, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I offer therapeutic services in Spanish and English. My areas of interest include trauma, working with survivors of sexual violence, working with survivors of human trafficking, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, dissociation, neglect, first generation, immigration.
